The Fitbit Force is one of the newest gadgets to enter the “wearable tech” scene. Expanding on its predecessor, the Fitbit Flex, the Force adds a screen to the wristband, making it a hybrid between a bracelet and a watch.
There’s an OLED screen that will give you the time, how many calories you’ve burned, and how many steps you’ve taken, all with the push of a single button. Wear it to bed, and it’ll track your sleep patterns, too.
Of course, all that data is uploaded via Bluetooth to your online account, where you can also input what food and drink you’ve consumed to keep track of your caloric intake.
It’s all great data to have, but what you do with that information, well…that’s a whole other issue.
