Indian Mound Mall Community Room Information, Rules and Regulations
* The Indian Mound Mall Community Room is offered as a gathering place that’s reasonably priced and conveniently located just inside a main mall entrance for business and club meetings, non-profit community events, etc. The room can accommodate a maximum of 40 people. Included in the rental fee are: Large Color Television, DVD player, VCR, Four 6’ Tables, 16 Chairs, Dry Erase Whiteboard, Restroom, Podium. *Additional tables and chairs are available for a small fee. The Community Room is available from 8:30a.m. to 9p.m. Monday through Saturday and from 11a.m. until 6p.m. on Sundays. Hours may vary between Thanksgiving and New Years Day. Payment must be made prior to the scheduled rental date. Security can then be reached to open up the room by calling 740-405-4072.
* Pricing is $50 per day for non-Indian Mound Mall retailers or businesses, $30 per day for Indian Mound Mall retailers and $30 per day for non-profit organizations with proof of non-profit status from IRS or other agency.
* Reservations are required for use of the Indian Mound Mall Community Room. Reservations can be made over the phone by calling the Mall Management office at 740-522-3942, HOWEVER reservations are not considered finalized until payment for the room rental is received.
*No alcohol is permitted on property. If any alcohol is brought on premises, you and your guest will be told to leave immediately and all funds will be forfeited.
* There shall be no selling, auctions or any exchange of money. This room is to be used for meetings or social activities only.
*Decorations are permitted upon landlord approval. No glue or nails on the walls are permitted.
*Applicant is responsible for all clean up of the space and shall be left in the condition as received.
*Applicants leasing the Community Room are not to utilize any utility or area outside of the Community Room.
*Applicants leasing the Community Room are not to solicit inside the mall or to any other businesses within the mall.
*All property brought to the Community Room must be removed at the close of each use/meeting. All items brought on property from applicant will not be stored by mall management.
*The applicant organization shall be fully responsible for its members and participants and shall be liable for any repairs necessitated by damage to the Community Room, including equipment and fixtures while the Community Room is being used.
* Cancellations – When it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation, please notify the mall management office in writing at least 3 days in advance of the scheduled date of use. Refunds will not be given if 3 day notice is not given.
