The Holiday Home-Based Showcase is spread over a period of four weekends starting on Black Friday weekend.  The starting rate for a single weekend is $300. If you choose 2 weekends, you will get a $50 discount off the total price. If you choose 3 weekends, you will get $100 off the total price and if you choose all four weekends you will get $200 off the total price.
