Warm Up

As the leaves turn and it’s time to say, “hello” to fall and “goodbye” to summer, there’s no need to fret over packing up your warm weather wardrobe. With a few simple tips your closet can adapt to fall with ease. Here’s what you’ll need to kick-off your fall closet:

A jean jacket

From starlet Emma Roberts to icon Gwen Stefani everyone’s rocking their favorite summer dress by warming them up with denim duds. Take note: a tailored denim jacket adds structure to an otherwise flowy dress.

A few leggings & tights

To save the day or just your summer shorts! They look adorable and oh so fashionable under a pair of cut off denim or dress short. The go to legging color would be black like style goddess, Nicole Richie, but fashion is about experimenting so you decided what looks best. Tights can also be used to warm up your short summer dresses. Also, pair with your favorite wedge or platform to keep those tootsies warm.

Scarves & Boots

to further warm up your dress throw on a fun scarf and a pair of ankle boots or a boot that sits below the knees. If your wearing a fitted short skirt or shorts with tights add some drama with a thigh-high boot.
