Assistant Manager Openings: 1 Store: Christopher & Banks Salary: negotiable, payed hourly Hours/wk: 38-40 Key Responsibilities: Regular and punctual attendance for all scheduled work hours. Services customers, on sales floor and in fitting rooms, utilizing professional selling techniques. Assists in the implementation of floor moves, sale setups, etc. Operates POS register system with proficiency. Ability to recruit, interview, and train personnel in selling techniques, register procedures and visual skills. Makes management decisions and performs all management duties in absence of Store Manager. Ability to supervise and carry out day-to-day operations of store including stock, straightening, visuals, and cleaning. Knowledgeable in store and personal statistics. Works toward acheiving personal and store goals. Skills & Experience Requirements: Expertise in customer service and selling. Prior management/supervisory experience. Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic mathmatics and instructions. Ability to lift 40 lbs. Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism. Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends, Sunday night floorsets, before/after hour meetings. Ability to perform as a contributing member of a team.
