Join former college basketball player and Trevor Scott and personal trainer Chris Powless of Apex Fitness on Thursdays at 9am for Athlete Camp! We will be working on agility, strength, quickness and explosiveness! Come join us as we work with you to give you the skills to get to the next level! Please bring proper shoes for training, water bottle and a towel to lay on the ground!
The class is scheduled to be outdoors, free fitness sessions next to Big Sandy Super Store, the side lot – across from Rural King.
In the event of rain, please use "A" entrance and follow signs to space.
Class size is limited and we will be adhering to social distancing standards. Registration is require, register for a free ticket here. You will need a new ticket for each week's class.
